
Ingredients
- 500 grams Chicken breast
- 1 large Carrot
- 1 brown Onion
- 1 Red Capsicum
- 1 Green Capsicum
- 4 cloves minced Garlic
- 2 table spoons Gochujang
- 3 table spoons Gochugaru
- 1 tables spoon white Sugar
- 1.5 table spoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 table spoon Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Pineapple Juice
- 2 cups white Rice
- 2 table spoon vegetable oil
Method
- Slice chicken into bite size pieces
- Make marinade with all ingredients other than vegetables, chicken and rice
- Marinate chicken
- Slice vegetables into bite size pieces
- Rinse rice and out in rice cooker
- Heat oil
- Cook the chicken quickly on high heat
- Once chicken has colour, add vegetables, continue to stirfry on high heat until vegetables are cooked through
- Add quarter cup water to make a sauce
- Then serve and enjoy
