Ingredients
- Seaweed roles and rice
- Sliced avocado
- 500g Chicken dabbed in egg white with batter, blended rice cake smoked paprika, onion salt and garlic

Method
- Dab the chicken breast in your egg whites and then dab the chicken in the mixed spices and blended rice cakes and cook to preference
- To make the sauce I used traditional mayo and added my preferred amount of siracha sauce with seed oil and mixed well to dab the sushi in
- Slice your avocado and chicken tenders to strips and place on prepped sushi roller with the seaweed and rice before rolling and cutting to bite sized bite of sushi
