- Udon noodles
- mince beef
- Onion
- Garlic
- Pak choy
- Carrots
- Mushrooms
Method
- Cook Udon noodles - 1 packet of haku baku
- Brown 500g mince beef in peanut oil and cook with onion and garlic
- Add miso paste to mince and then add 2 carrots (matchstick size) and 150g sliced mushrooms and fry
- Add hoisin sauce for flavour, Pak choy chopped coarsely, beef stock, rice vinegar and chilli for flavour. Sprinkle with coriander.
