Ingredients
- Beef
- Cabbage
- Red capsicum
- Lemongrass
- Chilli
- Udon noodles
- Sugar
- Shallots
- Gangajal
- Garlic
- Kaffir Lime Leaf
Method
- Put udon noodles in hot water, bring to boil and cook until soft
- Chop chilli, lemongrass, shallots, garlic, gangagal, logger lime leaf gently fry unto fragrant.
- Put beef in with fragrants and break up whilst cooking.
- While beef is cooking, chop up red capsicum and cabbage. Place in wok with beef and fragrants until softened
- Place cooked udon noodles in a bowl, and cover with the beef, cabbage and red capsicum. Sprinkle chopped up Kaffir Lime leaves over the top.
