
Ingredients
- ABC Sweat Soy Sauce (1 tblsp)
- Light Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)
- Oyster Sauce (1 tbsp)
- Basmati Rice (2 cups)
- Frozen Mix - Corn Kernels, Peas and diced Carrots (450 grams)
- Eggs - (2)
- Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
- Fish Sauce (1 tbsp)
- Garlic Cloves (4 crushed)
- Onion (1 - chopped finely)
- Red Chilli (1/2 chopped - optional)
- Chorizo sauages (3 - sliced and then slices quartered)
Method
- Put rice in rice cooker and start cooking (10 mins)
- Heat Olive oil - medium/high heat in Large Wok or pan
- Put prepared Chorizos (sliced then quarted pieces) in microwave - auto reheat (~4mins)
- Add garlic and onion to hot oil and lightly fry till soft
- Add Frozen mix - corn, peas, carrots and stir in
- Add Chorizos and stir in.
- Make a space in the center of Wok for wisked eggs (remove some contents if necessary and set aside). Add eggs to wok center and stir(scramble) until lightly cooked. Add contents back to wok if set aside and stir eggs through.
- Add the cooked rice (fluffed up first), ABC Sweat Soy sauce, Light Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Fish sauce then stir through until even colour. Optional - add finely chopped chilli if you like it even spicier than the Chorizos.
- Take Wok to table and serve hot.
