
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Ginger
- Spring onion
- Rock sugar
Method
- Put oil on fry pan then put chicken thigh fillets in it when oil is heated
- Cook one side for 5 mins then flip to the other side for another 5 mins
- Add spring onion and ginger in it to let the fragrant out
- Add half bowl of water and 30g soy sauce and 5g oyster sauce and small piece of rock sugar till the water boils
- Cook for another 2 mins, take the chicken out and let the soy sauce broth condense till thickened
- Pour the thickened soy sauce onto the chicken and serve
