
Ingredients
- 750mL Coca Cola (reduce to 50mL on the stove)
- 20g oyster sauce
- 10g minced garlic
- 40g light soy sauce
- 1kg chicken wings
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate overnight (optional).
- Airfry at 180 deg C for 35 minutes, turning halfway.
- Pour the cooking juices into a saucepan and reduce until desired consistency.
- Serve wings with the reduced glaze by itself or with some rice.
