Soy chicken salad

Ingredients
- Brown rice 75g
- Edamame handful
- Cucumber chopped
- Rocket handfull
- Chicken thigh- chopped marinated in soy, sesame oil and lemon juice cooked on the BBQ
- Cherry tomatoes 4-6 chopped
- Cos lettuce handful
- Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing

Method
- Chop up the chicken thigh marinate in light soy, lemon juice and sesame oil, best done the day before. Cook chicken on BBQ, let it coolIn a bowl add the cooked brown rice, cucumber, edamame, tomatoes, rocket, and cos lettuce. Top with the chicken and dress with Kewpie roasted Sesame Dressing, mix up and eat. Enjoy
