
Ingredients
- 80 gm Water Chestnut Flour
- 500 gm Water
- 6 teaspoon cane sugar
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 227 gm Water Chestnut Slice
Method
- Dissolve 80 gm water chestnut flour with 150 gm water. Drain fine sandstone with sieve.
- Boil 350 gm of water, dissolve 6 teaspoons of cane sugar and 2 teaspoons of brown sugar.
- Add a small amount of water chestnut flour (about 1/5) into 2, stir to form clear sugar syrup.Put sugar syrup into the dough, stir quickly to form a batter.
- Add water chestnut slice into 3
- Pour 4 into a big plate, steam for 20 minutes
