
Ingredients
- Onion
- Tofu firm
- Sugar snap peas
- Capsicum
- Coriander
- Bean sprouts
- Rice noodles 1 packet
- Jar valcom pad Thai paste
Method
- Heat onion and capsicum on hot wok until part cooked.
- Add cubed tofu and heat through. Add half jar of valcom pad Thai paste and heat through
- Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Add rice noodles that have sat in hot water for 20 mins and sugar snap peas..
- Mix together over low heat and serve with coriander and bean sprouts to serve.
