
Ingredients
- Brown Rice
- Yaki Nori Sushi Sheets
- Smoked Salmon
- Red Onion
- Avocado
- Cream Cheese
Method
- Cook 1 cup of rice as per packet instructions.
- Dice onion and put it into a small bowl.
- Chop 150g of smoked salmon and add it to the bowl of onion.
- Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of lemon juice (optional).
- Place 2 tablespoons of rice onto the Yaki Nori sushi sheets and spread it evenly leaving a 2cm gap at the top and bottom.
- Spread the salmon mixture onto the rice followed by a layer of cream cheese and avocado.
- Fold the bottom edge of the seaweed over the filling and then roll it up firmly.
- Cut each roll into 6 servings using a serrated knife.
- Enjoy your delicious meal.
