- Teaspoon GoChuJang
- Teaspoon Obento rice wine vinegar
- Teaspoon Yeo’s sesame oil
- Teaspoon soy sauce
- Teaspoon minced garlic
- 8 baby cucumbers
- Salt
Method
- Top and tail cucumbers and slice on the diagonal. Put in zip-lock bag and add salt. Leave 15 minutes
- Rinse cucumbers and dry. Lightly smash with the flat side of a cleaver
- Mix other ingredients and toss with cucumber. That’s it.
