- Hakubaku ramen noodle
- Obento yakitori sauce
- Miso paste
- Shiitake mushrooms
- Onion
- Bok choy
- Egg
- Chicken stock
- Fun things to go on the side
- Honey soy tofu
Method
- Boil egg and marinade in yakitori sauce
- Make broth. Add onions, mushroom, stock, splash of yakitori sauce, salt and pepper to pot and boil. And tofu!
- Blanch bok choy. And reserve.
- Boil noodles and place in bowls. I added sesame oil to bottom of the bowl, with noodles on top.
- Add miso to broth when almost finished!
- Add broth to bowls, with egg and bok choy!
- Make some side dishes of your choice for a fun time cooking, and experiment.
- Slurp away.
