- Japanese curry mix
- Water
- Peas
- Corn
- Pumpkin
- Sweet potato
- Carrot
- Onion
- Garlic
- Vegi delights vegie sausages
- Can of crushed tomatoes
- Dash of sweet soy sauce
Method
- Chop veggies
- Chop vego sausages
- Add all chopped ingredients into slow cooker
- Mix Japanese curry mix with 800 mls boiling water add to slow cooker
- Add can of crushed tomatoes and sweet soy
- Cook in slow cooker for 6 hours on low
- Serve with rice
