
Ingredients
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Chuck steak
- Carrot
- Potato
- Beef stock
- Water
- Bay leaf
- S&B golden curry medium hot
- S&B golden curry mild
- Rice
Method
- Cut up vegetables - onion in to large slices, potato into quarters and carrots as circles. Mince garlic and ginger.
- Cook chuck steak on each side until brown. Put aside
- Cook onion, garlic and ginger in pan in remnants of chuck steak
- Put the potato, carrot and steak in the slow cooker. Next add onion and garlic and salt and pepper
- Put 2 cups of beef stock in pan used for steak and vege and bring to boil
- Pour into slow cooker and add water.
- Add bay leaf and cook for 6 hours
- Use ladle with ice in it to graze over the sauce to gather all oil that has risen
- Wash and use ladle to dissolve curry mix by gathering hot sauce from slow cooker and dissolving in ladle to then be added to sauce
- Cook rice and serve :)
