
Ingredients
- Rice Wine Vingear
- Sri Racha
- Tofu
- Soy Sauce
- Corn Flour
- Butter
- Maple Syrup
Method
- Cut Tofu into blocks
- Coat in Soy Sauce and Corn flour
- Fry until crispy and set aside
- Add butter, maple syrup, rice vinegar and Sri Racha to the pan and let it melt
- Add cooked tofu until coated
