
Ingredients
- Yaki nori
- Raw shrimp
- Sushi rice
- Sriracha
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Cream cheese
- Soy sauce
Method
- Cook 1 cup of sushi rice for 15 minutes or until tender.
- Cut roughly 20 raw thawed shrimp into small cubes and place to the side.
- In a separate bowl mix 1 1/2 Tbs of cream cheese, 2 tbs of kewpie mayonnaise, 1 Tbs of sriracha, and a dash of soy sauce. Once mixed, add the cut shrimp to the sauce.
- Cut the nori into squares to fit into a muffin tray. Once rice is cooked add 2 Tsps of sushi seasoning to rice, mix in well and let it rest to cool.
- Assemble by placing rice on the centre of nori square, and top with the shrimp.Bake for 10-15 minutes or until shrimp is pink.
