
Ingredients
- 1 tbs Rice wine
- 1 tbs Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 12 dumplings
- Pak Choy or Bok choy
- 1 egg
- Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds
Method
- In a medium pot saute garlic and ginger in oil until fragrant.Add broth, soy sauce, sugar and rice wine, bring to a boil.
- Add dumplings and bok choy, boil for 5 more minutes over medium-low heat.
- Slowly pour egg into boiling soup and stir gently until cooked.
- Remove from heat and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serves 2
