
Ingredients
- Snapper or other fish of choice (1-2 fillets)
- Spring onion (1 small sprig)
- 1/4 Fresh lime juice
- Kewpie Sesame Soy Dressing 5 tablespoons
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
- Fresh chilli (1 - optional)
- Sesame seeds (handful)
Method
- Wash snapper and pat dry with paper towel then place in steam friendly dish.
- Squeeze 1/4 fresh lime over the fish.
- - Optional step - slice fresh chilli and place over fish.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of regular soy sauce over the fish then steam for 10 minutes (if thicker pieces then may need to add several minutes).
- In the last minute of cooking, chop fresh spring onion and top over the fish and cover to cook for the remaining minute.
- After removing the fish from the steamer, pour over 5 tablespoons of Kewpie Sesame Soy Dressing and sprinkle a handful of sesame seeds. Enjoy!
