- 100g salmon cube (or approximately 6 small cubes)
- Edamame peas amount to your liking
- Two heads of broccolini
- One clove of garlic minced
- Cooking oil
- Kewpie sesame soy dressing
- One sprig spring onion chopped finely
- One bunch Hakubaku somen
- One fresh chilli sliced (optional)
- Sesame oil 1 tablespoon
Method
- Boil women noodles in water for two minutes, drain, put some sesame oil in noodles to prevent sticking and set aside.

- Move broccolini to one side of the pan in one minute and place cubes of salmon on the other side. Turn every few minutes to brown each side.
- Add in edamame plus five tablespoons of Kewpie sesame soy dressing over salmon and broccolini.
- When salmon is browned set broccolini and salmon aside, throw noodles into pan and stir around to soak in the juices. Add additional Kewpie sesame soy dressing (2-3 tablespoons) if required to add colour.
- Plate up noodles in bowl, followed by mix of broccolini, salmon and edamame beans.
- Top off with sliced spring onion and chilli. Add a small teaspoon of sesame oil if preferred. Enjoy!
