- Coconut Cream
- 1/2 a kilo raw king prawns
- coriander leaves
Method
- Peel and devein prawns
- Marinade prawns in coconut milk for an hour
- Cook prawns quickly and cool
- Drizzle Kewpie dressing into serving bowl
- Place prawns in bowl and sprinkle with coriander leaves
