
Ingredients
- Kewpie Mayo
- Sesame oil
- Soba Noodles
- Edamame
- Smoked Salmon
- Carrot
- Pickled Cucumber
- Roasted Seaweed
Method
- Boil Soba Noodles (Hakubaku noodles) for 4 minutes.
- Whilst Noodles are boiling chop up Carrots, smoked salmon, pickled Cucumber, smoked seaweed.
- Place frozen edamame in bowl and microwave until warm, then squeeze edamame out.
- Remove noodles from boiling water and rinse with cold water to lower temperature.
- Make the sauce for the noodle mix kewpie Mayo and sesame oil to liking
- Stir sauce into noodles then place carrot, edamame, smoke salmon, smoked seaweed and pickled cucumber over noodles to create a bowl!
