
Ingredients
- Kewpie Japanese roasted sesame dressing (5 tablespoons)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Chilli oil (optional 1 tablespoon)
- Sesame seeds (handful)
- Shredded chicken breast 100g
- Lebanese cucumber (2 small)
- Konjac noodles
- Spring onion (1/4)
Method
- Boil chicken breast until meat is cooked.
- Drain Konjac noodles and put in hot water, then drain and set aside in your bowl as the base of your dish.
- Finely cut cucumber into thin slices and lay on top of Konjac noodles.
- Once chicken is cooked, remove from boiling water and shred into small pieces with a knife and fork. Place shredded chicken on top of cucumber.
- Add Kewpie roasted sesame dressing, sesame oil, chilli oil (optional), sesame seeds and top with finely chopped spring onion for colour. Enjoy!
