
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice
- 500g chicken
- 100g green beans
- 1 red capsicum sliced thin
- 2 French shallots sliced thin
- 1 carrot mandolin sliced
- 2 Bok Choi
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
- Add all sauce ingredients to a jar and shake
- Heat wok with a small amount of rice bran oil
- Add chicken to hot wok and cook for 2 mins
- Add all veg except Bok choi and cook for 3-4 mins
- Add Bok choi and sauce marinade and cook for 1-2 mins
- Cook rice noodles as per packet
- Combine all ingredients and serve
- Sprinkle sesame seed on too
