
Ingredients
- 20 g Mix of Dried Yaki nori and dried wakame.
- 80g of Mixed salad leaves, oak leaf lettuce, baby spinach, raddichio
- 1/2 red onion sliced, pickled radish or ginger.
- Dressing of 1 tlbsp japanese soy sauce, 1 tlbsp sesame oil, 60ml rice wine vinegar, 1 tsp caster sugar . Whisked together.
- 1 tlbsp Toasted sesame seeds
Method
- Whisk dressing and toast sesame seeds., set aside.
- Cut up nori sheets into 2cm squares. Soak nori and wakami for 5mins in cold water.
- In a large bowl, toss mixed salad greens, sliced red onion and seaweed with dressing.
- Garnish with pickled radish(pictured) or pickled ginger, and toasted sesame seeds
