
Ingredients
- Fish
- Snow peas
- Bok Choi
- Prawns
- Coconut cream
- Green curry paste
- Rice
- Chicken stock
Method
- Oil pan and add 2 tablespoons of green curry paste. Sauté fish and prawns in the pan on high.
- Add chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Then add greens for 1 minute.
- Add coconut cream and bring to a simmer.
- Serve immediately with rice.
