- Boiled Egg
- Prawn
- Fish Ball
- Seafood Stick
- Rice Vermice
- Laska Paste
- Coconut milk
- Chicken stock
Method
- Boil egg, fish ball and seafood stick separately
- Cook the Rice Vermice
- Add the laksa paste and stir continuously. Add chicken stock and coconut milk. Thicken the texture and add raw prawn and cook through.
- Drain the rice vermice into bowls and ladle the laksa soup over the noodles with cooked fishball, seafood and egg.
