- Curry paste , Laksa Paste
- Coconut Cream
- Fish sauce

Method
- Boil Prawn heads in 3 cups of water for 30mins to make prawn broth. Add 1 Tablespoon laksa paste or curry paste to the broth. Add in one can of coconut cream to the broth. Add in Fish sauce to taste .Add in 5 Fish balls to the broth and simmer.
- Prepare noodles and toppings. Boil noodles for 25 seconds and place in cold water. Boil Clams in shallow water for 5 mins and strain. Hard boil one egg for 10 mins and peel. Blanch Bok Choi for 15 seconds and place in cold water
- Place all noodles and toppings into a bowl. Bring broth up to boil and pour over noodles. Add additional toppings of Coriander and fried shallots.
