
Ingredients
- Volcom laksa paste
- Coconut cream
- Frozen stirfy vegetables
- Prawns
- Fish balls
- Water
- Seafood extender
- Glass noodles
Method
- Fry paste over low heat
- Add coconut cream and water until reaches a simmer
- Add fish balls and frozen vegetables, cook for 5 minutes
- Place glass noodles in a heat proof bowl and cover with boiling water. Leave sit for 7 minutes
- Add prawns to soup mix and cook for 5 mins
- Drain noodles and place in bowls, ladel soup mix on top and serve
