
Ingredients
- Beanshoots
- Fish balls
- Prawns (Frozen or fresh)
- Hokkien noodles
- Chinese broccoli
- Olive oil
- Valcom Laksa paste
- 400 ml of Coconut milk
Method
- Heat oil in wok or frying pan
- Add Frozen or fresh prawns and fish balls
- Add half a jar of Valcom Laksa paste
- Stir-fry until fragrant
- Add 400ml of coconut milk, 190ml of water
- Bring to boil
- Once boiling, turn down to a simmer and add fresh hokkien noodles and Chinese broccoli
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Serve and garnish with beanshoots
