
Ingredients
- Schnitzel (chicken or vegetarian)
- Avocado
- Cream cheese
- Japanese sushi rice
- Seaweed
Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker. Once cooked stir through some Japanese rice vinegar. Cool.
- Cook schnitzel on fry pan. Let it cool.
- Slice avocado and cream cheese into thin slices (as much as you desire).
- Once the rice and schnitzel have cooled, build your sushi by layering a thin layer of rice on a piece of seaweed, then once the rice has been evenly spread out, add schnitzel, cream cheese, and avocado before rolling the sushi roll to finalise. When creating your sushi roll, you can include any addition sauce or seasoning, such as sesame seeds, kewpie mayonnaise.
