
Ingredients
- S&B Golden Curry Mix Hot x 1 packet
- Long Grain Rice x 1 cup
- Carrot large x 1 sliced
- Firm tofu x 200g diced
- White Potatoes x 2 diced (500g)
- Onion x 1 chopped
- Garlic - 2 x teaspoons
- Water - 3 cups
- Sesame Oil - 1x tablespoon
Method
- Heat wok with sesame oil and fry onions and garlic until onions soft.
- Add tofu and stir fry for 5 mins then remove tofu from wok.
- Add potatos and carrots to wok and stir fry for 5 mins.
- Add 3 cups of water to wok and bring to boil. Then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15mins.
- Fill another pot with water, bring to boil and then add the rice.
- Add S&B Golden Curry Mix to wok and stir through until curry mix has melted.
- Add the tofu back into the wok and stir into curry.
- Once rice has cooked plate it up half rice, half curry and enjoy a delicious quick and easy vegetarian Japanese curry.
