
Ingredients
- Satay tofu
- Sushi rice
- Obento Yaki Nori for Sushi
- Lettuce
- Avocado
- Soy sauce
Method
- Cook sushi rice, then put in the fridge to cool
- Fry up the satay tofu in a skillet or fry pan at a low heat, if you cook it to high it will just fry off all the satay flavour on the tofu, once golden brown on both sides, take off the heat, let cool and cut the tofu into long slices.
- Prepare lettuce and avo into small pieces, about the size to put into sushi.
- Roll the sushi! Take your time, it’s a bit of a tough process at first. Lay your yaki nori down on a sushi mat, spread rice over half of the nori sheet making sure the layer isn’t too thick. Place tofu, rice and avo on the edge of the sheet and roll.
- Serve with soy sauce
