
Ingredients
- Udon noodles
- Chicken
- Onion
- Carrot
- Capsicum
- Broccoli
- Green beans
- Baby corn
- Coconut milk
- Hart & Soul Satay sachet
Method
- Cook chicken until browned. Boil some water.
- Add satay sachet and coconut milk and cook for 2mins on medium heat
- Add vegetables and simmer for 10mins
- While the vegetables are cooking, cook udon noodles for 10mins
- Strain noodles and serve!
