- Satay Sauce
- Coconut Cream
- Cashews
- Coriander - Garnish

Method
- Roast chicken thigh in oven (approx 20 mins)
- Combine peanut sauce & coconut cream in a saucepan - bring to the boil and simmer for approx 10 mins
