
Ingredients
- 500gm chicken thigh
- 1/4 cup Red curry paste
- 4tbss kecap manis
- 400ml coconut milk
Method
- Marinade all ingredients for 15 mins
- Place chicken in airfryer for 20 mins
- Place marinade in saucepan and simmer for 15 mins
- Remove chicken from airfryer.
- Put reduced marinade on chicken and serve with rice.
