
Ingredients
- 1 Tbl olive oil
- 600g pork & veal mince 50/50
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 Tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 x 230g Valcom water chestnuts drained finely chopped
- 4 green spring onions finely choped
- 60ml soy sauce
- 60ml oyster sauce
- 120g bean sprouts
- 200g mushrooms
- 10 iceberg lettuce leaves
Method
- Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat, add veal and pork mince, cook stirring to break up lumps. about 5 minutes, add garlic and ginger stir 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms, waterchestnuts and spring onions and cook for 1 minute, stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce cook stirring for 2 minutes, remove from heat and add bean sprouts and stir, taste and season if required, transfer to a bowl and serve in lettuce cups.
