
Ingredients
- 1t cornflour
- 3T water
- 2T soy sauce
- 2T oyster sauce
- 1t dark soy sauce
- 1t sesame oil
- 2T mirin
- 1t brown sugar
- 2T garlic crushed
- 2T ginger crushed
- 500g pork mince
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1x 420g tin mixed chestnuts/sweet corn/been shoot
- 6 button mushrooms
- Lettuce cups to serve
Method
- Combine all sauce ingredients in jug.
- Food Process onion, garlic, ginger and veg until well broken down. Stir fry in a medium hot pan in 1T sesame oil, add mince cook until it changes colour slightly.
- Add sauce mix to pan and bring to a rapid bubble, cook on medium until sauce has thickened and reduced. It will start to stick at the bottom of the pan… that’s when you know you’ve hit the spot!
