
Ingredients
- 500g Pork minced
- 500g Chicken minced
- 1 tin Water Chestnuts
- Onion chopped
- Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil
- Vermicelli noodles
- Iceberg lettuce
Method
- Fry minces & onion in sesame oil till brown
- Add chopped water chestnuts,
- Add oyster sauce till required taste is achieved, thin sauce with the liquid from the water chestnuts
- Soften vermicelli noodles in boiling water
- Serve noodles & meat mixture in iceberg lettuce cups to be rolled, eaten & enjoyed Eat yours before everyone rushes for morr
