
Ingredients
- Chicken mince
- Soy sauce
- Kecap Manis
- Sesame Oil
- Water chestnuts
- Spring onion
- Vegetable oil
- Lettuce (iceberg or cos)
- Fish sauce
Method
- Dice spring onion and water chestnuts
- Brown chicken mince in fry pan with 1 tsp vegetable oil
- Add water chestnuts and spring onions to pan and mix to combine
- Add sesame oil, kecap manis, fish sauce and soy sauce and cook for a further 5 min
- Serve with lettuce cups
