
Ingredients
- 500gms Chicken Mince
- 227g Valcom water Chestnut slices, drained
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 to 3 shallots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons crushed peanuts(optional)
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- Iceberg lettuce leaves, washed and drained.
Method
- Combine oyster, soy sauces and sesame oil in a small jug
- Heat large frypan or wok, add peanut oil and chicken mince, breaking up any lumps
- Add water chestnuts shallots, ginger, garlic to pan. Stir for 3 minutes
- Add combined sauces/oil and stir through mince mixture
- Arrange lettuce leave cups in individual bowls and divide mince evenly. Top with crushed peanuts if desired.
