Method
- Fry onion and ginger, add pork mince, once brown add carrot,mushroom and water chestnuts.
- Mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce corn flour, sesame oil and Chinese cooking oil.
- Add to mince mixture and fry for 5min. Add to lettuce leaves.Garnish with shallots, chilli and peanuts.
