
Ingredients
- Filling1 tbsp of peanut oil1/2 tsp of chopped garlic and ginger1/2 onion350g pork mineGrate 1 carrot 227g of valcom water chestnut, diced
- Sauce60ml water2.5 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp seaame oil1 tsp white sugar
Method
- Heat oils in pan add garlic and ginger. Add pork and cook though. Add remaining items. Add sauce ingredients.
- Plate up. Serve with white rice and iceberg lettuce
