
Ingredients
- Pork Mince 500g
- Valcom water chestnut slices X2 tins
- Wombok leaves
- Diced carrots x2
- Soy sauce tablespoon 15grams
- Oyster sauce tablespoon 40grams
- Cornflour 13 grams
- Crushed ginger 5 grams
- Brown onion diced 200grams
- Low sodium chicken stock 15grams
- Peanut oil 5ml
Method
- Heat peanut oil in a pan to a high heat
- Fry minceThen add the diced onion, carrots and ginger
- Mix together in a seperate potOyster sauceSoy sauceChicken stockCornflour
- Once the mince is browned add the sauce mixture and the water chestnuts
- Once the pork Mince is fully cooked through serve place in a large bowl and serve with wombok leaves
- Spoon mince mixture into wombok wraps.Eat and enjoy!
