- 500g pork mince
- Water chestnuts
- Bean sprouts
- Soy sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Sesame oil
- Chinese cooking wine
- White sugar
- Baby cos lettuce
Method
- Brown pork mince in wok
- Add in wet ingredients. Stir well until combined
- Add in bean sprouts and water chest nuts. Cook until mince is cooked through.
- Clean and pull apart lettuce leaves.
- Serve with lettuce cups. Enjoy.
