
Ingredients
- Chicken mince
- Onion
- Garlic
- Diced water chestnuts and diced carrot
- Lee san choy bao sauce
- Garnish Spring Onion and can garnish with crushed peanuts
Method
- In wok cook diced onion and garlic
- Add chicken mince and cook for 2 minutes
- Add 2 tblsoons water and pop lid on cook for 2 minutes
- Lid off add diced carrot and diced water chestnuts toss and cook for a further 2 minutes
- Add Lee Kim sauce and toss through, cook for a couple more minutes
- Take an iceburg lettuce and trim lettuce cups
- Place spoonfulls of mince to cups and garnish with spring onion and or crushed peanuts
