
Ingredients
- 500 gram pork mince
- 1 tsp ginger
- 100 gram vermicelli rice noodles
- 4 tablespoons San chow bao sauce
- Lettuce leaves
- Grated carrot
Method
- Pour boiling water over the rice noodles.
- Cook mince, then add San chow bao sauce and water chestnuts.
- Grate carrot and wash lettuce.
- Place lettuce on plates, fill with mince mixture, noodles and carrot. Eat and enjoy.
