
Ingredients
- Pork mince
- Ginger
- Mushrooms
- Water chestnuts
- Shallots
- Grated carrot
- Celery
Method
- Fry grated ginger in a little vegetable oil until aromatic
- Add pork mince and brown
- Add mushrooms, carrot, celery, shallots and water chestnuts to pork
- Add equal parts of oyster sauce, Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce and ketchup manis to a cornflour slurry then add to the pork mixture and stir then allow to simmer while you boiled the kettle to soften the rice noodles
- Once noodles have softened combine with pork mince mixture and serve in lettuce cups. Extra shallots for garnish.
