- Salmon
- rice
- carrot
- broccoli
- zucchini
- olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 200degC. Prep veggies by cutting them into squares. Place on a baking dish and drizzle with oil. Top with spices and herbs. Place in oven at 200 degC for 20mins. In the mean time, rinse rise and place in boiling water on the stove till cooked 15mins.
- Season salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in the air fryer at 186degC for 10minutes.
- Place salmon, veggies and rice on a plate and top with your favourite kewpie mayonnaise.
