
Ingredients
- Salmon fillet
- Broccoli chopped (one head)
- Zucchini chopped is 2cm cubes
- Sushi rice
- Garlic chopped
- Obento Teriaki sauce
- Obento sushi rice seasoning
- Butter to fry
Method
- Cook the rice in the microwave or rice cooker. This should take 15 minutes. Tackle steps 2 and 3 in the meantime. When the rice is ready, season with Obento sushi rice seasoning.
- Add chopped garlic, broccoli and zucchini to a wok and fry tem in butter for 2 minutes. Add Obento Teriaki marinade and fry, tossing for another 2 minutes.
- Preheat a frying pan or the barbecue. Fry the salmon, skin down, for 4 minutes. Turn and add a splash of Obento Teriaki marinade. Fly for another 2 minutes.
